HEALTH AND SAFETY
Roterra Piling is committed to conducting business in a manner that safeguards its employees and the public, as well as protecting the environment. The personal health of each employee is of primary importance and prevention of occupational injury and illness will be given priority.
HSE
All employees including management and supervisory staff are responsible for the company's health and safety performance and everyone is expected to participate in the Health and Safety program.
Safety Orientation
All employees before the commencement of work complete a comprehensive orientation. This orientation includes and is not limited to Safety Orientation, Construction Safety Training and W.H.M.I.S. Employees attend regular Safety Meetings and are supported in continuous job-related learning.
Safety Certifications
Roterra has been certified by the Alberta Construction Safety Association with a Certificate of Recognition (COR).
