Prince Albert Aquatic Centre
In the fall of 2022, The City of Prince Albert was looking for a piling contractor that could install cfa pile solutions for their Aquatic and Arenas Recreation Centre.
Roterra Piling installed 713 cfa piles in the fall of 2022. The final design required 40 different pile types ranging from 6-20 meters in length. The pipe shaft diameter varied from 406mm-762mm with a total of 1547m^3 of concrete being installed. The piles were installed with both a SR30 and a SR65. The drilling took a total of 20 days. From the installation team to our laborer’s, the average tenure for all staff on this project was 10+ years and as such the project was executed smoothly, on time and on budget.
